Yuva Nischay 3.1

Yuva Nischay mobile app has been developed to provide access to youth welfare schemes such as BSCC, SHA, and KYP in Bihar. The app is part of the 'Arthik Hal, Yuvaon Ko Bal’ commitment, which aims to enhance the financial well-being of Bihar's youth.

The primary objective of this initiative is to promote self-reliance and empowerment among the youth of Bihar. Through three key schemes - Mukhyamantri Nischay Swayam Sahayata Bhatta Yojana (MNSSBY), Student Credit Card (SCC) scheme, and Kusal Yuva Programme (KYP) - young individuals will receive support.

Features of the Yuva Nishchay mobile app include:

1. Registration (First Time Registration - FTR) for beneficiaries to avail benefits of BSCC, SHA, and KYP schemes.
2. Ability for applicants to complete the application forms for Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC), Self Help Allowance (SHA), and Kushal Yuva Programme (KYP) via the mobile app.
3. Bihar Student Credit Card (BSCC): Provision of educational loans through student credit cards for 12th-grade students pursuing higher education.
4. Self Help Allowance (SHA): Offering a financial assistance of Rs.1000 per month for two years to unemployed beneficiaries not currently engaged in studies.
5. Kusal Yuva Programme (KYP): A skill training program designed to enhance employability among Bihar's youth and complement domain-specific training efforts.
